Edu360 is one education super-app for the whole sector: students, parents, teachers, school
leadership and ministry staff all run the same app, but each role sees a different set
of features.
Structure
The shell — sign-in, home, news, notifications, profile, settings.
Mini apps — 45 business apps living inside the shell (attendance, tuition, results,
admissions, dormitory, bus tracking…). Each mini app decides which roles may enter.
Requirements
Phone number
A registered Mytel number (for example 09612345678).
Device
Android, iPhone or iPad. The device is registered as trusted at first sign-in.
Languages
English, Vietnamese, Myanmar — switchable any time in Settings.
Connectivity
The app always talks to the live backend; there is no mock data mode.
Important: the account is tied to a phone number, not an email.
A new SIM or a new handset means registering the device again.
2. Install and sign in
Install
Android: install Edu360 from Google Play — see the install page, or the QR in the footer.
iPhone and iPad: install Edu360 from the App Store — see the install page, or the App Store QR in the footer.
Updates install over the previous build — your sign-in state is kept.
First sign-in
Open the app. The Login screen appears.
Enter the phone number. Mytel numbers only, as 09… or the digits after +95.
Request the code. A 6-digit OTP arrives by SMS.
Let Android fill it in. If autofill does not run: open the SMS notification, copy the code,
then tap Paste code in the OTP field.
Tap Verify OTP. On success the app registers this handset as a trusted device.
No code?Resend OTP has a countdown — wait for it to finish.
Every resend issues a new code and voids the previous one.
Later sign-ins
Once the device is trusted the app shows Welcome back and unlocks with:
Unlock with passcode — the app PIN.
Unlock with biometrics — fingerprint or face, if the handset supports it.
Use SMS OTP instead — fall back to the SMS code.
Use a different phone number — sign in as someone else.
A message that the device still needs verification is a security gate, not a bug:
verify the device or sign out and use another number.
3. Home and navigation
Top bar
Avatar and user name, with the organisation badge next to it.
Horizontal carousel of the latest stories; tap to open.
Recent activity
Recent account activity, with Mark all read.
My widgets
Optional widgets. Tap Edit to show, hide and reorder them.
Quick services
Shortcuts to frequently used mini apps.
Needs attention
Role work queue — approvals and alerts waiting on you.
Navigation: two floating buttons
There is no bottom tab bar. Every screen carries two floating controls:
Pink round button, bottom right — opens the quick-access menu: Home,
News, Mini Apps, Profile, Settings. Tap the dimmed background or
press the device back button to close it.
Grey round button, bottom left — goes back one screen. On Home it does nothing,
because there is nothing left to pop.
Scrolling Home down hides both controls; scrolling back up brings them in again.
Several schools or profiles
Accounts attached to more than one school get a school-context bar and a Switch school action.
Switching reloads linked profiles, schedules and notifications for the selected school.
4. Mini App Hub
Finding an app
Search box — type an app, tool or shortcut name.
Filters: All · Favorites · Recent, plus category chips:

Recently opened
The latest mini apps opened on this device.
All apps
The full catalog your account can reach.
Customising
Tap the pencil icon (Edit apps) at the top right.
Add or remove Favorites; pin or unpin Quick access.
Tap Done editing to leave edit mode.
The icon left of the pencil toggles grid and list view.
Quick access holds at most 6 pinned apps. To pin another one, unpin something first.
What happens when an app opens
Each launch is gated: allow, warn or block. Apps run in one of three ways — a Flutter surface built
into the app, a web package downloaded from the CDN, or a fallback screen when the current session
cannot open that app.
A missing app is usually not a fault — many mini apps open only for certain roles or
certain governance levels. See the table in section 5.

Featured is pinned editorial; Trending is what is being read now.
Each card shows the category, publish date and estimated reading time.
Tap a card for the full article; articles with a file show its type (for example PDF).
Inside an article
Share copies the headline to the clipboard for pasting elsewhere. There is no public
web URL per article yet, so no link is sent.
Bookmark saves the article. A failed save reports an error rather than a fake success.
Up to three related articles from the same category appear at the bottom.
News is served by the backend in the selected language. Where a translation is missing the
app falls back to an available language instead of showing an empty card.
7. Notifications
Open with the bell on Home; the badge is the unread count.
Unread items are highlighted; opening one marks it read.
Some notifications carry an action — open the related mini app, approve a request.
Turn individual categories on and off in Settings → Preferences → Notification preferences.
Tapping a notification jumps straight to what it refers to: the related mini app, a news article or an
approval screen. Items without a specific link open a screen chosen by type (exams, attendance,
tuition, results, events…).
Swiping a row is visual feedback only — it does not delete. Use the per-row delete and
read/unread buttons.
Push delivery depends on the OS notification permission. If nothing arrives, check Edu360's
notification permission in Android settings before filing a bug.
8. Profile

When the ministry needs to issue a new national EMIS policy — reporting requirements and at-risk thresholds — for every school to follow.
Open the Analytics mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads showing a "Policy in force" card with a "Create and publish" action.
In the "Policy in force" card, tap "Create and publish".
Screenshot pending
A sheet titled "Publish EMIS policy" opens with fields for Title, Change summary and the EMIS rule set (required report types, freshness window, at-risk threshold).
Fill in the title, rule set and an optional change summary, then tap "Create and publish" to confirm.
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears; once verified, the draft is created and published in one step, and the "Policy in force" card updates to the new version.
The national EMIS policy is published and schools now see it as the policy in force.
Warning
"Create and publish" only shows for the four national-tier authoring roles — a provincial or district officer sees the banner as read-only.
Publish a draft curriculum document to make it official.
When a draft curriculum document is ready and you want it to become the official version.
Open the Curriculum & Subjects mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads showing subject, curricula, textbook and profile counts, with the Subjects tab active by default.
Tap the "Curricula" tab.
Screenshot pending
The list of curriculum documents for your school appears.
Tap a draft curriculum document to open it.
Screenshot pending
The document detail opens with an immutability banner ("Published curriculum documents cannot be edited. Editing creates a new version."), its entries, status and owner-tier badges, and a "Publish" button visible because it's still a draft.
Tap "Publish".
Screenshot pending
A confirmation sheet titled "Publish curriculum" opens with the message "After publishing, this curriculum cannot be edited. Continue?"
Read the warning, then tap the submit button in the confirmation sheet.
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears asking you to confirm your identity; once verified, the document's status changes to Published.
The document's status changes to Published — it can no longer be edited in place, and any further change creates a new version.
Warning
"Publish" only appears on documents still in draft status — an already-published document has no Publish button, since published curriculum can't be edited in place.
Browse the subjects, curricula and textbooks in your school's curriculum catalogue.
When you want to check what's in the curriculum catalogue, or answer a question about which textbook a subject uses.
Open the Curriculum & Subjects mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads showing subject, curricula, textbook and profile counts, with the Subjects tab active by default.
Browse the Subjects tab, or tap "Curricula" or "Textbooks" to switch to those tabs.
Screenshot pending
Subjects and Curricula list your school's catalogue. Textbooks lists the textbooks your school has saved; when there are none, or none match the subject filter, it says so.
Go back to the Subjects tab and tap a subject to see its details.
Screenshot pending
The subject's detail view opens read-only.
Tap the "School profile" tab to see which curriculum and textbooks your school currently uses.
Screenshot pending
The profile shows the school's chosen curriculum, textbooks, and when it was last updated.
You have the current picture of the school's curriculum catalogue and which resources it uses.
Warning
"Add Subject" / "Add Curriculum" only appear when your tenant's policy allows school-level authoring — if you don't see them, your school isn't set up for local authoring and you're reading the national catalogue instead.
An empty Textbooks tab means your school has no textbooks saved yet, or none match the subject filter — clear the filter first. If the list cannot be read, the tab shows its own error with Try again; that is a read failure, not an empty list.
Review school-wide assignment completion and grade performance.
When you want a snapshot of how assignments are going across the whole school — completion rate, late submissions, and average grades.
Open the Assignments mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads showing four stat tiles — Active assignments, Completion, Late % and Avg grade — for the whole school.
Review the four stat tiles at the top of the screen.
Screenshot pending
Each tile shows a current school-wide number, pulled live from every active assignment.
Scroll down through the list of active assignments below the stat tiles.
Screenshot pending
Each card shows the assignment's title, class and due date; the cards are read-only summaries and aren't tappable.
You have a current view of how many assignments are active, completion and late rates, and the average grade across the whole school.
Warning
This view is school-wide only — there's no per-teacher or per-class filter, and the assignment cards aren't tappable, so you can't drill into an individual teacher's gradebook from this screen.
When you need a fresh data export — attendance, grades, or another catalogue report — for your department.
Open the Reports & Statistics mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads with a Catalogue section listing available reports and a Recent runs section below it.
In the Catalogue, find a report card marked "Sensitive — re-auth required" and tap one of its format buttons (PDF, CSV or XLSX).
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears asking you to confirm your identity.
Complete the verification prompt.
Screenshot pending
The run is queued — a confirmation message appears and the report shows under Recent runs, moving from Queued to Running and then Succeeded.
Once the run's status shows Succeeded, tap the download icon on its Recent runs row.
Screenshot pending
The report file downloads to your device.
You have downloaded the report output to your device, and it stays listed under Recent runs for later reference.
Warning
Not every report needs a step-up — the verification prompt only appears for reports marked "Sensitive — re-auth required" in the Catalogue; other reports queue immediately when you tap a format button.
Book a cafeteria meal for your child on a specific day.
Before the week starts, once the school has published the menu for it.
Open the Cafeteria mini-app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
This week's published menu loads, along with your child's meal booking plan and the cafeteria balance.
Use the previous and next week arrows to reach the week you want to book.
Screenshot pending
The menu redraws for that week; days with no published menu stay empty rather than showing last week's dishes.
Tap the "My Bookings" tab.
Screenshot pending
The view switches to your child's meal booking plan for the four-week window, with a "Book a Meal" action above it.
In the meal booking plan card, tap "Book a Meal" to open the sheet.
Screenshot pending
The sheet opens with the day, the meal slot and the menu for that day, and the price per serving.
If an allergy warning is shown, read it and tick the acknowledgement, then confirm the booking and verify your identity.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you; after that, the booking appears in the plan for that day.
The meal is booked for that day and slot, charged at the price shown, and it appears in the four-week booking plan.
Warning
The allergy acknowledgement is not a formality — it is recorded with the order, so read the warning against what you know about your child before ticking it.
Retrying a failed booking does not create a second charge: the app sends the same order key each time, so the school sees one order for that day and slot.
Review your Wallet spending history and pay a pending fee.
When you want to check where your child's school-related spending went, or a fee is waiting to be paid.
Open the Wallet mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The Wallet screen loads showing your balance and a list of recent transactions.
Use the All / Tuition / Other filter chips to narrow the transaction list.
Screenshot pending
The transaction list updates to show only entries matching the selected filter.
If there's a pending fee card, tap "Open MytelPay" on it.
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears asking you to confirm your identity; after confirming, the payment goes through and the fee card updates to Paid.
You know exactly what your child's Wallet was used for, and any pending fee is cleared.
Warning
There's no top-up button here — "Top-up" only appears as a label on past transactions; "Open MytelPay" hands off to the MytelPay app for OTP-verified payment, it doesn't pay inside Edu360.
Read the latest notices and updates from your child's school partners.
When you want to see what notices the school's partners have posted.
Open the Partner Bulletin mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The app checks it may open, then loads its page from the server. It has no native screen of its own, so the first load needs a connection.
Read the notices listed on the page.
Screenshot pending
Each notice shows a title and its text, in your app language. This is a read-only page: there is nothing to type or submit.
If the page says it couldn't open, check your connection and tap "Try again".
Screenshot pending
The app downloads the page again and shows the notices.
You have read the notices from your school's partners.
Warning
The page is a web package served by the server, not a built-in screen, so it cannot open without a connection the first time, and you cannot post or reply here.
Upload a document to the vault and share it with the school, then take the access back when it is no longer needed.
When the school asks for a certificate, a medical note or a proof of residence for your child.
Open the Document Vault mini-app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
Your documents load, with a separate tab for what other people have shared with you.
Tap Upload, give the document a title, pick its category, and mark it encrypted if it is sensitive; then confirm and verify your identity.
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears for the vault upload action, and the document then appears in your list.
Open the document, tap Share, choose who receives it and what they may do — view, download or co-manage.
Screenshot pending
Sharing is a verified action; afterwards the document detail lists who has access and when it was granted.
When the school no longer needs it, open the same document and revoke the access you granted.
Screenshot pending
Revoking is verified as well, and the access entry changes to revoked in the document's access list.
The document is stored in your vault, the school had access for as long as you allowed it, and the access list records both the grant and the revocation.
Warning
Revoking stops future access; it cannot unsee a document that has already been downloaded, so choose the view-only level when a download is not needed.
An encrypted document needs a separate verified step to be opened, including by you — that is intended, not a fault.
Track the status of your child's school transfer request.
When a transfer request for your child has already been started and you want to check where it stands.
Open the Transfer mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads a list of transfer requests linked to your children, if any exist.
Tap a request card to open its detail view.
Screenshot pending
The detail view opens showing your child's name and the request's current status at the top.
Tap the timeline section to expand it and review each stage of the request.
Screenshot pending
The timeline expands to show each processing stage with its date and status.
You can see exactly which stage your child's transfer request is at, and when it last moved forward.
Warning
This screen only tracks existing requests — starting a new transfer isn't available in the app yet; contact your school's registrar office to begin one.
Check a payroll period for your school: totals, the approval chain, and every payslip in it.
Before a payroll period moves on, when you need to see what it contains.
Open the Payroll & Budget mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads with the payroll tab, listing the periods your school has.
Tap a payroll period in the list.
Screenshot pending
The period detail opens with its totals, the approval chain, and the payslip list.
Tap a payslip to read its breakdown.
Screenshot pending
The payslip opens. A caption says the worked-session figure is seeded data, not a calculation from attendance.
You have seen the period totals and its payslips. Approving is not yet possible in the app.
Warning
Approving, sealing and disbursing a period are not available in the app yet: the server refuses those writes, so the buttons are hidden rather than shown and failing.
Draft a new version of a school policy, publish it, and check the one in force.
When a rule changes for the coming term, or when the policy hub shows a policy you have not acknowledged.
Open the Governance Policy mini-app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The policy list loads, and a banner names the version currently in force for your school.
Read the banner at the top: it shows the version in force.
Screenshot pending
You can see which version of the policy is in force for your scope.
Open the policy you need to change and start a new draft from the version you want to build on.
Screenshot pending
The draft is created as a new version — the version in force is untouched while you work.
When the draft is ready, publish it and verify your identity when the app asks.
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears for the policy publish action; after it, the new version becomes the one in force and the banner changes.
The new version is in force for your scope, and the previous one stays in the version history.
Warning
Publishing replaces what staff see immediately — there is no scheduled release here, so publish when the rule is meant to start, not while it is still being agreed.
Archiving a version is not the same as deleting it: the history stays readable, which is what the audit trail depends on.
When a new item has arrived at school and needs to be added to the inventory.
Open the Asset & Inventory mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads with the Assets tab active by default, showing an "Add Asset" button.
Tap "Add Asset".
Screenshot pending
An "Add new asset" sheet opens with fields for Category, Asset name, Initial location, Purchase date, Vendor, Purchase price (VND) and an optional Batch size.
Fill in the asset details, then tap "Register asset".
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears; once verified, "Asset created successfully" shows and the asset appears in the list.
The asset is registered and appears in the Assets list for your school.
Warning
"Batch size" is optional — leave it blank to register a single item.

The list narrows to the books that match. If the school has no catalogue connected yet, the app says so instead of showing an empty list.
Switch to the Books I have borrowed tab.
Screenshot pending
Your own loans, holds and circulation requests are listed, each loan with its due date.
To keep a book longer, tap Renew on a loan that has not been returned.
Screenshot pending
A renewal request goes to the library desk and the Renew button on that loan disappears. The librarian decides; the due date changes only after they approve.
You know whether the library holds the book and which books you have out, with their due dates.
Warning
You cannot borrow or reserve a book from the app. Loans are issued by the librarian at the desk, so take the book there; the app only shows the result.
Renew is a request, not an instant extension: the due date stays the same until the librarian approves it.
Enrol in a published credit plan and check the GPA it counts towards.
At the start of a term, once your school has published the credit plans for your year.
Open the Academic Credits mini-app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
Your term GPA and cumulative progress load at the top, with your current enrolments underneath.
Check the Enrolments card to see which plans you are already on and what state each one is in.
Screenshot pending
Each enrolment shows its term, credits and status; approved and submitted ones carry a Drop action.
In the Credit plans card, find the plan you need and tap Enroll, then confirm your identity when the app asks.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you; after that, a new enrolment appears in the Enrolments card in submitted state.
If you picked the wrong plan, tap Drop on that enrolment and confirm your identity again.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you, and the enrolment leaves the list once it is withdrawn.
You are enrolled in the plan, the enrolment is visible to your school for approval, and its credits count towards the GPA shown at the top of the screen.
Warning
Only published plans can be joined — a plan still in draft does not appear in your list, and there is nothing you can do from the app to release it.
Enrolling does not grade you: the GPA figure only moves once results for those subjects are released.
Enrol in an online course and mark your first lesson complete.
When you want to study a subject beyond class hours, or a teacher has recommended a course to you.
Open the E-learning mini-app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The course catalogue loads, with your overall progress and any courses you are already enrolled in shown above it.
Use the category chips to filter the catalogue, then open the course you want.
Screenshot pending
The course card shows its subject, teacher, rating and lesson count, and an Enrol action if you are not enrolled yet.
Tap Enrol and confirm your identity when the app asks.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you; after that, the course moves into My subjects and a confirmation appears.
Back on the main screen, open Continue learning and tap Mark complete when you have finished the lesson.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is you once more, and your overall progress bar moves once the lesson is recorded.
You are enrolled in the course, the first lesson is recorded as complete, and your progress is visible to your teacher on their own dashboard.
Warning
Both enrolling and marking a lesson complete are verified actions — if you cancel the identity prompt, nothing is saved and the course stays as it was.
Marking a lesson complete records your own progress; it does not submit any work for grading. Assignments still go through the Assignments mini-app.
Find the study materials your school has published and open one to read.
When a teacher tells you the reading, worksheet or slides are in Learning Materials.
Open the Learning Materials mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The list of materials your school has published opens. If nothing has been published yet, you see "No materials yet" instead.
Scroll the list. Each row shows the material's title and an icon for its type (PDF, image, audio, video or link). The Storage used button above the list shows how much space downloaded materials take on your device.
Screenshot pending
You can see every published material for your school, with the Storage used button at the top.
Tap a material to open it.
Screenshot pending
The material opens in the reader. If it can't be loaded you see "This material could not be opened" with a way to retry.
You have opened a study material your school published.
Warning
"No materials yet" is not an error: it means the read succeeded and your school has published nothing for you. Retrying will not change it — ask your teacher to publish the material.
Students can only read. Uploading, publishing and unpublishing are teacher actions, so those buttons do not appear for you.
When you want to revise a subject before a test, on your own and without a teacher setting it.
Open the Practice mini-app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The quiz bank loads, with a subject filter and a difficulty filter above the list.
Narrow the list with the subject and difficulty filters, then tap the quiz you want.
Screenshot pending
An attempt starts and the first question opens, with a progress line showing where you are in the quiz.
Answer the question, then tap Next. Use Previous if you want to change an earlier answer.
Screenshot pending
Each answer is saved as you move on, so leaving the question does not lose it.
On the last question, tap Finish attempt and confirm your identity when the app asks.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you; after that, the attempt is submitted for marking.
Read the results screen: your score, the percentage and the grade, plus the explanation on each question.
Screenshot pending
The summary shows the score the server calculated, not a local guess, and Retry starts a fresh attempt at the same quiz.
The attempt is marked by the server and stored in your attempt history, so the quiz card shows your last score next time you open it.
Warning
Scores you see while answering are not the grade of record — the mark is calculated on the server when you finish, so a running total in the app can differ from the final result.
If the quiz list is empty after clearing the filters, no practice sets have been published for your subjects yet — that is not an error you can fix from the app.
When you've finished an assignment and it's still showing as upcoming.
Open the Assignments mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The Assignments screen loads with Upcoming, Submitted and Overdue counts at the top, and a list of assignment cards below.
Tap the "Upcoming" tab (or "All") to find the assignment you want to submit.
Screenshot pending
The list filters to assignments you haven't submitted yet.
On the assignment's card, tap "Submit".
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you before it saves.
Confirm the verification prompt.
Screenshot pending
A confirmation message shows the assignment was submitted, and the card moves to the Submitted tab.
The assignment is marked submitted and moves out of your Upcoming list.
Warning
Tapping "Submit" finalizes the submission immediately — there's no draft, file-attach or review step first, so make sure you're actually done before you tap it.
When you want to see what classes or sessions you have coming up.
Open the Schedule mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The Schedule screen loads showing "This Week" with your day-by-day sessions.
Tap the arrow next to the week label to move to "Next Week" or back to the previous one.
Screenshot pending
The week label updates (This Week / Next Week / Week N — the back arrow's tooltip says "Previous Week"), and the day cards below refresh to that week's sessions.
Check the upcoming-events banner near the top for anything happening soon.
Screenshot pending
The banner lists your nearest upcoming session or event, if any.
You always know which sessions are on for this week and can look ahead or back a week at a time.
Warning
Sessions on this screen are read-only for students — tapping a session doesn't open anything to edit; only head teachers and principals can manage sessions.
Edit a question in the question bank and share it with a colleague.
While preparing a test or a practice set, when you want the question reusable instead of living in one document.
Open the Question & Resource Bank mini-app and stay on the questions list.
Screenshot pending
The questions you can see load, scoped to your subjects and school.
Open a question from the bank and tap Edit.
Screenshot pending
The sheet adapts to the type you pick: a short answer asks for the accepted answer, an essay asks for a marking rubric.
Change the prompt, type or difficulty, then tap Save to put the new version in the bank.
Screenshot pending
The sheet will not save with an empty prompt; once saved, the updated question appears in the list.
Open the saved question, tap Share, pick the colleague and submit; confirm your identity when asked.
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears for the question share action, and the colleague can then see the question in their own bank.
The updated question is stored in the bank and visible to the colleague you shared it with.
Warning
Sharing gives one colleague access; it does not promote the question to the school or ministry bank — that is a separate action with its own confirmation.
If a question already in the bank looks wrong, use the flag action rather than editing someone else's entry — the flag goes to whoever owns it.
Request a substitute teacher to cover one of your class periods.
When you'll be away from a scheduled class and need someone to cover it.
Open the Substitute mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The Substitute screen loads on the "My requests" tab, showing your existing requests.
Tap "Request substitute" — the right-aligned button below the tab chips.
Screenshot pending
A sheet opens listing your upcoming class sessions and a reason field.
Select the session you need covered and enter a reason.
Screenshot pending
The selected session is highlighted and your reason text appears in the field.
Tap "Request substitute" at the bottom of the sheet.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you before it saves.
Complete the verification prompt.
Screenshot pending
The request is created and appears under "My requests" with a pending status.
Your request appears under "My requests" as pending until a candidate teacher accepts it or a head teacher assigns one.
Warning
The session picker isn't limited to the next day or two — it lists every session in your current weekly timetable, each projected to its next occurrence over the coming week. It's empty only if your weekly schedule has no sessions in it at all.
Publish a new available time slot for parents to book a meeting.
When you want to open up availability for parent-teacher conferences.
Open the Parent-Teacher Meetings mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads on the Upcoming tab, showing your scheduled meetings.
Tap the "My Slots" tab, then tap "Add slot".
Screenshot pending
An Add slot sheet opens with fields for subject, location, date, start time and end time.
Enter the subject and location, then pick the date, start time and end time.
Screenshot pending
Each field shows your entry, and the time window you picked is valid (end time after start time).
Tap "Add slot" to publish it.
Screenshot pending
The app asks you to confirm it is really you before it saves.
Complete the verification prompt.
Screenshot pending
The slot is published and appears under "My Slots" with an Open status, ready for a parent to book.
The new slot shows under "My Slots" as Open until a parent books it or you cancel it.
Warning
You can only cancel a slot from "My Slots" while it's still Open — once a parent books it, cancelling has to go through the scheduled meeting itself, not the slot.
When you want to see what classes you're teaching this week, or catch up after time away.
Open the Schedule mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The screen loads showing the current week's days and your teaching sessions for each one.
Tap the arrows on the week navigation card to move to the previous or next week.
Screenshot pending
The day cards refresh to show your sessions for the selected week.
Scroll through the day cards to see each session's time, class and subject.
Screenshot pending
Each day card lists your sessions for that day; if one is starting soon, an Upcoming banner at the top also highlights it.
You can see your full week of teaching sessions and, if one is starting soon, a highlighted reminder banner.
Warning
Tapping a session card doesn't do anything for a teacher — only principals and head teachers can open a session from this screen to reschedule or cancel it.
Reply to a parent in an existing conversation thread.
When a parent has messaged you and you want to respond.
Open the Messages mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The Messages screen loads showing your conversation threads, including any started by parents.
Tap the conversation thread with the parent you want to reply to.
Screenshot pending
The thread opens showing the full message history with that parent.
Type your reply in the message field at the bottom of the screen.
Screenshot pending
Your text appears in the compose field as you type.
Tap the send button.
Screenshot pending
Your message appears at the bottom of the thread as the latest entry.
Your reply is added to the conversation and the parent sees it in their thread.
Warning
Teachers can't start a brand-new conversation from this mini app — the New Conversation picker only lists a parent's own children, so it's always empty in a teacher session. Reply inside a thread the parent already started instead.
Add a photo and a student bio to your class yearbook, then publish it.
At the end of the school year, as the homeroom teacher assembling the class yearbook before it goes out.
Open the Alumni & Yearbook mini-app and go to your class yearbook.
Screenshot pending
The yearbook shell loads with its current photos and bios, and the editing row is shown because the book is not published yet.
Tap Add photo, pick the document that holds the image, write a caption and submit; confirm your identity when asked.
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears, and the photo joins the yearbook once accepted.
Tap Add bio, choose the student, write the bio text and submit it.
Screenshot pending
If no student is selected the sheet tells you so instead of submitting an entry with no owner.
When the book is complete, tap Publish and confirm in the sheet, then verify your identity.
Screenshot pending
A step-up prompt appears; after it, the yearbook is published and the editing row disappears.
The class yearbook is published with its photos and bios, and it is no longer editable from this screen.
Warning
Publishing is one-way from this screen: the add photo, add bio and publish row is hidden once the yearbook's status is published, so finish the content first.
A photo is attached by picking an existing document, not by taking a picture in this sheet — upload the image to the document vault first.
Release the results of a closed exam to your students.
When you've finished grading a closed exam and are ready for students to see their results.
Open the Exams mini app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
The Exams screen loads on the Drafts tab, with Live, Awaiting and Closed tabs alongside it.
Tap the "Awaiting" tab.
Screenshot pending
The list shows closed exams that haven't had their results released yet, each with a submission and pending-grading count.
On an exam card, tap "Publish results".
Screenshot pending
A step-up verification prompt appears asking you to confirm your identity.
Complete the verification prompt.
Screenshot pending
Results are released immediately — a success message confirms it, and the "Publish results" button disappears from the card.
Results for this exam are released; students (and their parents) can now see their grade for it.
Warning
Tapping "Grade" on an exam card only opens a read-only submission summary today — there's no in-app action to enter per-question scores yet, so grading itself has to happen elsewhere before you publish.
Submit an overtime request for extra hours you worked, and cancel it if you made a mistake.
After you have covered an extra session, run an evening activity, or worked outside your timetable.
Open the Workforce mini-app from your home screen.
Screenshot pending
Your timesheet, your leave balance and your existing overtime requests load together.
Tap New request to open the overtime form.
Screenshot pending
The form asks for a start time, an end time and a reason; the hours are worked out from the two times.
Fill in all three fields and tap Submit, then verify your identity when the app asks.
Screenshot pending
The app refuses an end time that is not after the start time, and refuses an incomplete form; on success a step-up prompt appears for the overtime request action.
Watch the request in the list; while it is still pending you can cancel it with a second identity check.
Screenshot pending
The request reads pending until your manager decides, and then approved or rejected.
The overtime request is with your manager, showing the hours the app calculated, and you can still withdraw it while it is pending.
Warning
The hours are derived from the start and end times you type, not from your timesheet — a wrong end time silently becomes a wrong claim.
Overtime and leave are separate requests: this form does not book time off, and your leave balance does not change when overtime is approved.
